Hose Cleaning Machine

A couple of weeks ago, we made a little animation for a group of students. They developed a hose cleaning machine for a fire brigade to speed up their cleaning process.
The aim of this animation is to show how it works and how it is going to be used. The principle is quite simple.
Inside the machine, there are two rotating brushes and high pressure nozzles that clean the hose on both, the bottom and the upper side.
As you can see in the video, the brushes force the hose to go to the right direction. The operator is standing on the left side and decides on how quick the hose goes through the machine by holding it back.
This way the operator can decide on which parts get cleaned more or less, depending on the dirtiness of the hose.
